Tuesday for Day 2 of our vacation, we took off for Lagoon. Greg had a practice for his traveling league in the morning, so we took the boys and they each took a friend and headed off about noon. We took Greg's red truck so that we would have enough seat belts for everyone, but didn't think about the fact that it doesn't have working air conditioning. So we arrived quite warm. One of the first few rides they rode was the Cliffhanger to dry off. From the left it is Kaden, Greg, Tyson, Goose (Bryson Noble), and Josh Madsen. Here they are dry......And here they are getting wet! They rode the Wild Mouse multiple times....which was not a problem, as there were not very many people at the park and so the lines were all really small or non-existent. The boys all loved this ride also....I know....I am a wimp because I don't like the rides where you get wet! But, hey......this way you get pictures! Here are Kaden and Josh coming down....and then here they are showing off their wet clothes! Here is Goose and Tyson coming down, and then showing off their wet duds! And here is the hubby not being out done by the boys! The parachute ride.... The log flume ride...... Tyson and Goose on the Jet Star. Rattlesnake Rapids. Greg broke the screen of his phone on Wicked and I broke the lens out of my prescription sunglasses on the same ride (but at a different time). We stayed last night until close to closing time. Greg ran up ahead to grab the cooler from where we had stashed it. He called me to have me check and see if I had his keys in the backpack I had taken. I did not have them. Normally that would not be a problem, because I had my keys. But when he bought the red truck he never gave me a key to it. By now the park is closing up and lights are going off. Greg got to thinking he might have either lost the keys on Wicked or on the Flying Aces. He ran to check with the workers on Wicked while I checked with Customer Services. Neither of us had any luck, so I left the boys at Customer Services and took off for the Flying Aces Ride. A nice worker grabbed a flashlight and we checked all over by the ride (it was pitch dark!). Greg was still with the workers at Wicked checking on the ground and bushes. No luck! I was praying under my breath as was Greg. We found out later Kaden was praying at the lost and found. I went back to the boys and called Greg. We were trying to decide how we were going to get back to Tremonton. I talked to Customer Service again to see if they knew of any good locksmiths. Well, a worker had just barely turned in his keys! Greg must have dropped them out of his picket while riding the sky ride. Whew! Thanks so much for the power of prayer! We got home late, but very thankful! Today Tyson had a doctor appointment in Ogden, so he and I ran to that. Greg went out to get a new phone and me a key for the truck! He also had to run do some work and the boys have a city league game at 5. Day 3 of vacation is winding down!
