Our last day in New York, we got up and packed, took our luggage down to be locked up by the bell men, and then headed out to do our last sight seeing. First we saw Macy's and where they have the Thanksgiving Day parade and then headed to the Empire State Building.

The view, again, was spectacular.

This is Michelle, Becky and Jana.

After seeing the Empire State Building, we headed to the Carnegie Deli. It is the one you see on TV a lot with all the famous people's pictures all over the walls.

Carla got up early to head back to Ogden, so it was just the seven of us at lunch. We had our waiter take our picture. I think he may have thought we were a little strange.

This is my sandwich. It was massive! I ate and ate and ate....and didn't even finish half of it. I had them bring me a doggy bag and wrapped it up. I was too big of a chicken, so Becky gave it to a guy on the subway ramp that was playing drums for money.

Bev and Kris did some more window shopping, and the rest of us took the subway out to the Bronx to see Yankee Stadium. They had an event that they were setting up a stage on the field for, so they wouldn't let us inside the stadium, but one of the workers in the store took our cameras out and took pictures for us.

These two picture are of where the stadium used to be. They built the new stadium where a city park was, so now they have to clear off the land and replace a park for the city where the old stadium stood.

We hired a stretch limo on the way back to the airport. Traffic was lighter, and it took him about an hour and 20 minutes to drive us there, compared to the 40 minutes for the van in heavy traffic. It was a much less eventful ride, but there was no puking in purses! We flew home and reached SLC about 10:45. After the drive home, it made for a long day, and an even earlier day to head to work the next day. Greg was a sweetheart and cleaned the whole house before I got home. He and the boys also had balloons that said Welcome Home tied to cupcakes. I had a ton of fun....but I really did miss them!
