Red Ribbon Week

This past week was Red Ribbon Week at our school. On Friday to end all the great activities the PTA had conducted, they had each class write and perform a cheer for the school. I had Kris write mine for me. It went to the tune of "Yankee Doodle". My class did so great! I was so proud of them! They sang their little hearts out. We had actions for each line that they did, and when it came to the last line they screamed and shook their fists while yelling, "Why we rule the school!" They were so incredibly awesome that they each won a bag of microwave popcorn with a ticket to a movie theater attached. Great prizes! Way to go class! *Mrs. Madson's class is great and drugs we will not take. *Instead we'll hop, jump rope, and skate and many friends we'll make. *We are too smart to take drugs, we know not to try it. *We'll keep our bodies clean of drugs, and then we'll be so fit. *Mrs. Madson's class is great, we are really cool. *We know drugs are dumb and that's why we rule the school!
