This past weekend we knew Tyson had a tournament in Salt Lake that was raising awareness for Autism. Two of the coaches on our team have sons with Autism. The tournament was supposed to be held a couple of weeks ago, but because of weather, was postponed. Greg took Tyson down to Salt Lake on Thursday for a game, and they won. Tyson hit a home-run that scored two runs. Friday morning was not good at our house. Tyson was tired and grouchy. He ended up mouthing off so bad, that I was ready to leave for school without him. I finally told him he had lost playing in the next game that was that night. He then proceeded to tell me he was going to call the police on me for abuse. I wrote down the number for him, and then went to school. Greg brought him to school a little late. Anyway, we decided to bench him from the next game. Greg and Tyson traveled to SLC that night after school. They won that game, and then lost the next. They spent the night at Jayson and Kassi's house, and it snowed that night. The game that was supposed to take place the next morning at 9 a.m. didn't get started until 2:00. The boys ended up winning that game, and then played for championship. They ended up losing a close game and took second in the tournament. They got home late that night. Kaden had friends over Friday night, and then he and I got up and cleaned house Saturday, and then ran to Logan to buy him new black pants for a clogging competition that is coming up this weekend. We ended up going to a movie Saturday afternoon. Poor Greg, Kassi, and Jayson almost froze to death at the tournament.
