Yesterday, Greg was emailed this picture from a lady he knows. We got a good laugh out of it. We think Kaden was probably about 3 when we went to the circus and Greg and Kaden decided to ride the elephant. Kaden had always had a love for elephants and he thought riding one was the greatest. Makes me sad to see how fast time has flown.

Last weekend, Kaden had a clogging competition at Lagoon. Tyson had games in Park City, so Greg took him to those and I got to take Kaden. I hadn't see either of his clogging numbers this year. He goes to clogging while I am still at school (the neighbor takes him), and then I pick him up afterward. By then, he and Mitch are usually standing outside waiting for me, so I hadn't gotten to see the routine.

This picture is a little blurry, but I was hurrying to get a snapshot off before I started the video camera going.

Seriously, they were awesome! I was so proud, and unfortunately, you can hear me going "Woo!" on the video of the numbers. During part of the first number, they do a step that almost looks like moon-walking. During another part the boys are doing push-ups while the girls clog around them, and then they come up and do "coffee-turns", which looks like break dancing. It was awesome. That night when we were watching the video so Greg and Tyson could see, Tyson kept making us watch it over and over again. He couldn't believe how cool it looked. We left right after Kaden got done. We stopped to tell his instructor, Kristi Roche, thank you for her hard work. She told me that a couple of other instructors had stopped her to tell her how awesome of a clogger Kaden is. She told me that she doesn't want him to ever quit. Kaden, you did fabulous!!!! Kaden and I stopped and bought some tomato plants and flowers. When Greg and Tyson got home we were out planting and weeding. They talked us into stopping for a while and going to the Tremonton Fire Department's Steak Fry. It meant we were finishing planting in the dark, but we had a good time. Sunday was Mother's Day. It was great to have all the married kids call and talk to me. I sure do love them. Kris and her two girls had come to our house on Friday night (Dave had to work). She brought me darling pictures of the two girls that she had taken on the way to our house. They were so cute. The only downer was that Kenzie had fallen off of the photographer's platform and had rug burn on her face! They brought me a darling ring that I have been complimented on this week too. Thanks Kris! Greg spoiled me for Mother's Day. I got beautiful flowers and a couple of cute shirts. It was a good day.
