Greg and I had our 29th anniversary on Saturday October 9th. Wow.....where has the time gone? Friday night Greg told me he wanted me to go to the Bar J Wrangler show at the high school with him. This really shocked me, as I had repeatedly heard him say he didn't want to go. I had a bunch of other stuff planned, so I really didn't want to go. I was trying to talk him into taking Kaden with him. As we were leaving, I realized that a wedding reception I needed to attend was during the show, so I dropped Greg and some neighbors off to the show and ran to the reception. While I was gone, Greg texted me 3 or 4 times wondering if I was at the concert yet.....that had my suspicions aroused. When I got to the concert they had had a pre-show, and then some delays because of technical difficulties. Greg seemed relieved....I found out why shortly thereafter. Right after the introductions, the group announced that the newspaperman and his wife, Sherri, were having an anniversary, and they made a few jokes. It was kind of fun! Saturday Tyson's team lost their play-off game to Clearfield. They were an amazingly good team. I hate to admit it, but I am really OK that they lost.....it will give us a little more time in the evenings and on Saturdays. After the game, Greg and I went over to Logan to the temple. I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our anniversary. When we got there, we saw a sign saying they needed couples to do sealings. We had a card with us to seal Greg's great-grandparents. It was exciting to be able to stand in for Nis Jorgen Madson as he was sealed to his wife Ida Eleanora Beck. After arriving back home, Ryan, Kristen, Carter, and Kamdyn came to visit. We hung out, ate pizza, and played games. It was fun on Sunday to be able to have Carter in my Sunbeam class with me. As you can see, my husband spoiled me with some beautiful flowers for our anniversary. I gave him a couple of movies that I though he would like. I sure do love that man!

Congrats on the anniversary and Greg is quite the man...Jamie and i would have loved to come to your wedding, but it would have looked kinda funny if a 5 and 6 year old were driving up to pocatello.
