We were lucky enough to have Ryan, Carter, (Kristen and Kami were home because Kami was sick) Jayson, Kassi, and my mom and dad all come to the fair with us on Saturday. We missed Dave and Kris and the girls, but they had to work. The fair is a bittersweet time, because it is the official end of summer! Here are some fun pictures Greg shot of the action Saturday. I love that Tyson had to wear his cowboy hat when he sold his sheep. Too cute!
You can see what a great 4-H leader Brad Stevenson has been with our kids. In this photo he is helping Kaden take off his halter from his sheep and giving him the confidence to sell it without one. Jayson looking at all the chickens. He was taking pictures and sending dirty messages about them to people......Jayson!

Carter loved this ginormous turkey that was over by the petting zoo. He kept saying...."It is about as big as me!"

I'm so sad I missed the fair but I must say I did get the worst part of it when I carried a sleeping boy in the house and he smelled like a freaking barn!
