Home at Last!

We had a great trip, but to quote Dorothy, "There's no place like home.....There's no place like home!" Luckily our boys were quite good in the car...since it seems like we practically lived there the past week. Thank goodness for DS games, IPODs, and DVDs. They were definitely helpful. We took off from Portland this morning at 10:00 our time and got home right about 9:00 tonight. About 30 miles outside of Portland, we saw the Multnomah Falls. We stoppped to check them out closer up. They were incredible! You walked under a tunnel that took you under the interstate to get up to them. That was a new experience!

Even though we had lots of beautiful scenery, it was a long time to be in the car! We did stop for gas, food, and potty breaks along the way. I will be so happy to sleep in my own bed tonight!
