Friday night Greg took Tyson to Salt Lake for ball practice. He had Kris drop off Madison and Makenzie to him to bring home with him. Kris was going to be getting up early the next morning to be to Tremonton by 9 for the egg hunt. So, her two girls in the egg hunt are wearing Kris and my jackets since we forgot to grab them Friday night. We got up early Saturday. My favorite part of getting ready for the morning was when I took the towel off my head after shampooing. I asked Makenzie if she wanted her hair to look like mine. Kenz: No! Me: Why not? Kenz: Because your hair looks CRAZY! Me: That's not very nice. Kenz: Grandma, you should really try to look more stylish (said with a very serious look on her face.) Kris got to our house with Taylee right in time to head to the park. We met up with Ryan, Kristen, Carter, Kamdyn, and Sophie (Greg was already at the park helping.)
After the successful hunt, we headed to our house. Jayson and Kassi came soon after. We sat around and visited for a while. We had lunch that was yummy....courtesy of everyone pitching in to bring something. After, we had the Easter egg hunt for the kids. Kaden decided to hide the things in the front yard since the kids were playing out back. Then he made them all line up to run around the house to the front. They each had a list of what they were supposed to find.
The babies were given their Easter prizes before the hunt started......I didn't think they would do too well finding their prizes!
Easter morning at the Madson house. The two boys have opposing shorts outfits. Kaden has University of Utah Utes and Tyson has BYU cougars.
