So...this winter we have had to be a little creative with the family home evenings living in a cramped apartment while we build our house. One night we went to the elementary school where I work and the kids practiced skating on their "Heelies". We have done lots of other things to get out of the house so we are not on top of each other. The night pictured above, Kaden got the idea to make the strawberry shortcake recipe that is in this picture book. It turned out tasting pretty good!

Have to agree that cake did taste pretty good. Man you have your daughter trained! She gives out quite the compliments!!!! No wonder you got the Hottness award at young womens camp!
