Kaden and I were in a wreck. He was driving us to Arby's by the Texaco. He was waiting patiently in the turn lane. A black SUV started coming towards us looking like it was going to hit us head on. Kaden yelled, "Mom, they are going to hit us! I froze and was waiting for the crash and the impact of an air bag to the face. Kaden hit the gas and tried to swerve out of the way into the right lane. Her vehicle hit the driver side rear view mirror, which smashed Kaden's window and glass was everywhere....and then she hit the back of our car. Thanks to Kaden being smart we weren't hit head on or hurt. The car doesn't look that bad, but because it tore off the back wheel, the whole drive line would have had to been replaced. The insurance let us total the car, and we bought a Trailblazer. It is a couple of years older than our Equinox, but it had less miles, and a third seat in the back, so that is good. I laughed because it is the same color as our other vehicle. Kaden likes driving it though!
