Sally White Sox
Our cat, Sally White Sox, is quite the animal. (Greg wanted to name her White Sox since she has white feet and he likes baseball, but Madison liked the name Sally.) A couple of weeks ago, Greg and Tyson were headed out to a practice or a game in a hurry. Our cats are both horrible about running in the garage just as we try shutting the door so that we have to push the button again. They got in the car and could hear a horrible yowling noise. They got out to check what it was. Sally must have darted under the door when it was almost all the way down. She was pinned under the door flat as a pancake. They hurried and opened the door. She was not moving very well, so they called in to me to watch her. Greg felt horrible, especially since he had Tyson with him when he ran over Tiger the cat with the car and she died. Anyway, she seemed to recover alright. A couple of days later we noticed she was looking fat. I went to work and got a text from Greg an hour or two later. He started worrying that maybe she had internal bleeding or a bowel obstruction so he had taken her to the vet. $80 later he found out she is going to have kittens! I will post pictures when they arrive. It must be getting close because she is not moving around much and is now huge!
