On Sunday, we all went and had breakfast. Then Greg and Tyson headed to the Ravens vs. Texans game. Kaden and I headed down the harbor.
We decided to spend a few hours at the science center. It was again...a pretty cold day. When we got to the science center it was about 10 minutes before they were supposed to open. One of the ladies that worked there came out and offered to have us come inside and wait in the lobby until they opened since it was so cold. We were very grateful!
This was one of the favorite things for me and Kaden to see. Every floor had dozens of exhibits that you could interact with. After you did the experiment, it would explain the science behind it. I know I learned a lot!
After the science center, we went out for lunch. Kaden wanted fresh seafood since we were there on the harbor. We had a good day. We had to be back to the hotel about 2:30 to print boarding passes. We texted Greg to see how the game was going. He was shaking with cold so bad he couldn't text back. But, he did call. I had offered Tyson 20 dollars if he would "Tebow" after he threw during the halftime demonstration. Well, I guess he really did do it! I loved it! We had quite a few texts and phone calls (and since we got home people commenting) that they saw Tyson during halftime of the game. I thought that was pretty neat that he was on TV!
As we headed out of town on Monday, Tyson had my camera out and was taking some pictures as we left the city.
One of the things that surprised Greg and I the most was the amount of trees everywhere. We really hadn't pictured the east coast as being so full of wooded areas. We stopped at a huge mall that was by the car rental place before we flew out. Kaden found a pair of shoes he wanted called "skeletoes". He thinks they are pretty cool. He bought them and couldn't wait to wear them at PE when we got home. We had another long day flying back home, but what an adventure we had!!!
