Monday night I had a meeting in Brigham until almost 5:00. I hurried home and got dinner on the table, and then headed out to East Garland to watch a little boy in my class play soccer. I came home after about 45 minutes and made some cupcakes that we took to a family for family home evening. Tuesday after school, Greg ran Tyson to the dentist. When he got home, we found out that Tyson had pack meeting at 6:30. He also had football practice from 5-6:30. On top of that, we found out it was the night for the Rain gutter regatta! So, Greg, being the good father he is, quickly put together the boat kit for Tyson. Greg had to go to the high school volleyball game to take pictures, so the two boys and I headed to the pack meeting. It is a good thing we went, because Tyson got a BUNCH of awards as you can see in this picture. His boat did quite well in the races. After the race they did a fun activity where boys were walking along boards. As soon as the boy passed your board, you ran to the end to set up for him to continue on. It was pretty fun. Kaden went to mutual at 7:oo and learned how to fix a tire on a car. Sounded pretty impressive to me! It is a good thing these boys learn such great things, because I know that is not a skill I have! Tonight Kaden had clogging and Tyson had football again. Seems like there is no rest at the Madson house!
