We left Thursday morning the 15th early because the boys had an early morning game in the Montpelier tournament. They entered a 10 year old bracket of 20 teams. Our team is only 9 years old, so we knew they might struggle. They lost one and won 2 in their pool play, which was pretty exciting! Their record placed them in the "Minor Division". There was a major division, and then a division below them. They ended up taking 4th place out of the 8 teams in their division. We felt like they did pretty well. Tyson hit 3 home runs out of the park during the tournament. One of the home runs Greg figured was about 290 feet over a 16 foot tennis court fence! Pretty awesome! One of the teams we played was from Evanston. They had a really nice group of fans and really fun coaches. We ran into some of them downtown in front of a pizza joint, and they wanted a picture with our kids.

Here is Kaden with the Noble kids in front of some bears on the main strip of Montpelier. I think Tyson had ditched us to go with John and Bryson Nelson or with Drew and Easton Lish....not sure which ones.

Here are the boys with their 4th place medals.

Here they are giving a cheer after getting their medals.

At one point, we turned around to see what Kaden and Brantzen Noble were doing....and found them swinging on the little pony swings.

After the games on Saturday were over, we had Brantzen and Bryson (Goose) Noble stay the night with us and go to Bear Lake on the way home. Here is Kaden deciding to bury Goose.

Greg and Kaden buried Goose.....but Brantzen and Tyson wanted in the picture too.

Greg snuck a picture of me in the shade reading a book....I should have stayed there! My shoulders and back got fried!

Tyson and Goose thought they were deep sea divers.

I don't know if you can tell, but Kaden, Brantzen, and Tyson got in a wet sand flinging contest. I had to cut the boys hair when we got home so they could get all the sand off their scalps! Gross! I am not sure what Goose is doing laying in the water in front....maybe trying to dodge the incoming sand?

Riding the four-wheelers up and down the beach was really fun! We had a great time!
