Spring pictures! The boys are sure growing up fast! Greg and I both had birthdays this past week. Birthdays are not near as exciting as when we were younger....but we still had fun. Greg's birthday was on Friday. He got home from work and ran over to practice Tyson's baseball team. Kaden and I ran cupcakes over to the team and had them sing to him....but Greg couldn't have a cupcake. They got home from practice about 7, we hurriedly had dinner, and then Kris and Dave and the girls came over for treats....we had mini cream puffs and frozen yogurt. Things sure change when you have diabetes. Sunday was my birthday. Sunday birthdays are hard. Greg grilled some chicken and made the rest of dinner...and did the clean up. So that was nice! My parents and my brother Rod stopped by on their way home from the airport. My brother Rick's family got moved to be back in Virginia with him, so Mom and Rod were able to fly home. Rick and his family all called and talked to me too. Kris and the girls came over later (Dave was home sick). We ended up outside on the trampoline. Makenzie was hilarious on the tramp. She would just giggle and giggle when she was bounced. We have great friends that added to the birthday wishes too! The kittens are three weeks old now. They have had kind of goopy eyes, so we got some medicine from the vet. We have been cleaning out eyes and adding medicine a few times a day. Who knew we could be such good veterinarians!? This week the weather has been so weird! Here we were getting ready to some spring like weather.....and then back to storms! Sunday night I was looking for my ruby-red slippers because the wind was blowing so hard!
