Sunday Drive

Today after church and Greg's bishopric meetings, the boys wanted us to go on a four-wheeler drive in the field across from our house because Kaden had seen a den of foxes the day before when riding with Jayson. We hopped on and sure enough, there were three kits around their den. They got nervous and went inside their den when we got right up next to them, but it was really fun to see. While we were there, another neighbor came up with his kids. He said he has actually counted 6 kits and a mother fox all living there. We also saw some deer and pheasants on the drive. When we came back along the path, one of the more adventurous kits was standing out looking at us, and stayed there until we had passed by. That's one of the things I love about our new home. We have so many of the joys of living in the country, but are just a minute from the store. It's great!
