Carter Conversation

I called and talked to Carter this afternoon. I told him I missed him. He said, "Grandma, I have a plan. You could come and take pictures of me playing sports." I told him that was a good plan, but Grandpa takes better pictures than I do. He said, "O.K. You could pitch to me while he takes pictures. And then I would hit the ball so hard that the cover of the baseball would come off. And you would be so surprised your pants would fall down and you would laugh." I told him he makes me laugh. He said, "I know I do Grandma." I asked him if he wanted to talk to Grandpa on the phone and he said, "No thanks," and then started laughing. I am sure he thought Grandpa was listening and so it was a great joke to play on him. What a funny boy. I love being a grandma!
