I have been working like a crazy woman trying to finish up my blog book for the year, so I haven't taken time to post lately. On November 13, we got up early in the morning to run over to Smithfield for Tyson to play a basketball game. We got home in time for Greg to run to a church leadership training. While he was gone we started cleaning house. Jayson called and said he was in Brigham, so he came and visited while Kassi was at a play with her mom. We missed seeing Kassi, but were sure excited to spend a little time with Jay. While he was here I got the living room Christmas tree up. About 3:00, Greg and Kaden took off to Logan to go and do baptisms for the dead with the mutual kids. While they were gone, Tyson and I went to my school and worked for a while. When Greg and Kaden got back (and Kaden loved doing the baptisms), we went to the high school for the wrestling team dinner and auction. Sunday we had church at a different ward building. We have been attending church at the Garland Tabernacle because there is no room for us in our stake. Garland was having their stake conference, so we went to a different building for services. Monday night we went to the high school to watch the play they were putting on called, "Ten Little Indians" for family home evening. When we got home, Greg helped me put my Christmas decorations up on top of my kitchen cupboards. Tuesday night Tyson had pack meeting and received his Bear and 3 arrow points. Kaden had mutual. They played dodge ball with the whole stake ym/yw. I got my entryway decorations put up. Tonight (Wednesday) Tyson had the Elks Hoop Shoot in Ogden (he won his school competition). Greg took him and Kaden and I stayed home. I did 6 loads of laundry and go the downstairs tree put up. How can we have 6 loads of laundry when I just did all the laundry on Saturday? I am waiting to put my big tree up until after I shampoo my carpet in the family room, and I don't want to shampoo the carpet until Kaden has a big party here on Friday night. He offered our house for the student council and advisers to have their end of trimester party. Besides, I need to keep my Thanksgiving decorations up until at least Thanksgiving.....right?
