This weekend we got to travel to Las Vegas for a baseball tournament with Tyson's team the Sidewinders. We left Thursday after school got out. The team had a meeting that night in Salt Lake, so we traveled down, had dinner at Jayson and Kassi's house with Kris, Dave and the little girls, and then Greg and Tyson went to the meeting. It was so much fun to get to talk to the kids and relax. Jayson came home while we were there with a new cute puppy they are naming Dixie. She is really cute! We spent the night there, and then got up the next morning to head to Vegas. The weather Saturday during the games was so nice and warm. I got to wear capris and flip-flops and even got a little bit of color on my arms and legs. There is something about sunshine and baseball that really lifts my mood! Saturday night Kris called me. She had gone to Pocatello on Friday to visit with my parents, Greg's mom, and Ryan and Kristen. Madison got to attend Carter's birthday party on Saturday and was really excited about it. They had stopped in Tremonton on the way home for a pit stop. So they were at our house when they called. When we got home late on Monday night and opened the back door, we saw this cute display on our bedroom door! Totally made us all smile! Thanks for the surprise!
